We- Brooke, Noah and Waylon- reside in Western Kansas. We are a part of J7 Dairy, where all Even Keel Company Beef is born and raised with respect. Brooke and Noah both have a deep love for agriculture, but each play very different roles. Noah, laid back and resilient, over sees all operations of growing and raising the animals while Brooke, high strung and strategic, focuses on logistics, marketing and making the math, math. While our personalities might be very different, we believe they balance each other out for a greater good.

Our name, Even Keel Company, was created out of a vision and goal. We are on an adventure to make our quality products available for others, simply, while offering multiple
